Minister's Introduction

The Mid North Coast region of New South Wales is noted for its beautiful beaches, scenic and fertile hinterland, and unspoiled natural environment. What is not as well known is the region's appeal as a viable and dynamic business investment location.

Located approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane on the east coast of Australia, and traversed by the Pacific Highway and main south-north railway line, the NSW Mid North Coast region offers businesses the opportunity to be far enough away from big city congestion and high cost structures, yet close enough to quickly reach national and international markets and suppliers.

This booklet showcases a sample of the diverse World Class businesses that are based in the NSW Mid North Coast region and compete nationally and internationally due to their innovative culture, continuous quest for improvement and access to a skilled and committed workforce.
